The newest bar in Oceanside, the Haunted Head Saloon is located directly across the street from Margarita rocks on Tremont Street.  Amenities include a large-screen TV, an excellent jukebox, and a very popular pool table, all set to a pirate theme.  Crowd is often a good mix between Oceanside locals and out-of-towners.

Wow...they have a real life pirate wench working there...Her name is Grace. I don't know how they kept her alive so long, but they somehow were able to get her off some pirate ship and into their bar! Sweet!...
