My name is Kate and my husband is Ryan (he will be deploying Nov. 4) We just had a situation with our current roommates and are in the process of looking for replacements. Im getting desperate! It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath HOUSE ... We reside in half of the house, the other two bedrooms, and bath are on the opposite side. The common areas would be the kitchen and living room. Rent is $1000 plus utilities (but is negotiable!). The house is fully furnished, but the bedrooms we are renting out would be up to you to fill. There is a fenced in back yard, with a pool, and a two car garage. Now since my husband will be leaving soon, I would like someone who’s husband will be gone too/ or no males at all (it would be weird to live alone with another couple!) Also, I have 3 dogs... they are small and very well behaved but still young and love to have fun! One/two more dog/cat might be ok, with deposit... If you have any questions feel free to let me know! p.s. we live in Oceanside about 7 mins from the main gate let me know what you think, how much you can pay a month, and a little bit about yourself.
