Event Information
Hip-hop, miniature karate kids, and some tasty catfish were the stars of the day at the 2nd anuual Oceanside Summer Jam Talent Showcase, held at the Oceanside amphitheater. The crowd started small but grew gradually as beach-goers wandered by and sat down to watch the various performers who came from both local Oceanside and distant locales to demonstrate their entertaining skills. Vying with the performers was a shirtless man who managed to prove that he was *everyone’s* number one fan. Grub was provided by Mr. Fennie’s BBQ 2 go and Johnny Ray’s Catfish & Friends.

What are the 2006 event dates? Is “2005″ a typo?
